Letter from the 16th National Convention Chairman
Dear Members of the Birzeiti Community,
I hope this message finds you in good health and high spirits. As the Convention Chairman and on behalf of Birzeit Society, it gives me immense pleasure to extend an invitation to all of you to our 16th annual gathering.
The 16th Birzeit Society Convention will take place in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area, from July 3rd to July 7th, 2024 at the San Francisco Airport Marriott Water Front Hotel in Burlingame. This event promises to be a memorable experience, filled with enriching activities and the opportunity to connect with fellow members of our community.
Our convention program has something for everyone, whether you're a wine enthusiast, a history buff, or looking for fun family activities. Highlights of the program include:
- Trips to the renowned California Wine country, where you can savor exquisite wines amidst stunning vineyards.
- Tours of San Francisco's iconic landmarks, offering a glimpse into the city's rich history and culture, allowing you to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the city skyline.

- Special children's activities to keep our little ones entertained and delighted.
- Informative panels and discussions on relevant topics to foster knowledge and awareness within our community.

While we recognize the fact that the convention will be taking place during such an unsettling time due to the ongoing violence committed by Israeli government and settlers against our people back home, however, through the convention, we will be sending a resounding message of unity and solidarity with our people to let them know that we stand with them and they can always count on our support.
